Hayley Lamberth serves as Director of Development for the Foundation, where she is dedicated to strengthening healthcare in the community through strategic partnerships, major gifts, corporate engagement, and community investment. Hayley’s work is mission-driven, focused on addressing critical gaps in care that allow for the generosity of our community members to transform lives.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she spent 15 years in hospice care, most notably serving as an Area Vice President of Business Development. Her professional background spans business development, management, and philanthropy, all centered on connecting people to causes that create lasting impact.
An active community leader, Hayley is a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Management Academy Class 10 and Connect Class 21. She currently serves on the PTA for Blossomwood Elementary School, the Susanna Wesley Early Education Ministry Board at Huntsville First United Methodist Church, the Friends of the Library Board for South Huntsville Public Library, and as Membership Chair for the Huntsville Museum of Art Guild Board.
A former President of the Junior League of Huntsville, Hayley also served on the steering committee for Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Management Academy Class 12. Honors including Sales Manager of the Year, Spirit of the League Award (Junior League), and recognition as a Capstone Hero showcase how she truly values family, service, friendship, and hospitality.
Hayley graduated magna cum laude from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, and a specialization in Sales. When she’s not serving in her professional and community roles, Hayley can be found reading or adventuring with her husband, Taylor, and two daughters, Laney and Liza, who were both born at Huntsville Hospital.
